• A confidential medical questionnaire will need to be completed by everyone wishing to practice Karate classes 
• A JKAWF JSKE Karate licence application form will need to be completed by adults wishing to study and practice Karate. The annual cost of a JKA/WF  JSKE Karate licence is £35 per year
• Adult Karate monthly training fee is £25.00 (NHS Staff discount £20 monthly fee)
